FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – U of A Employees: we need your help completing a two-question survey to determine how many employees have received one or both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

A link to the survey is included in an email sent to all employees from Chancellor Joe Steinmetz on Wednesday, March 3.

"If you haven't already done so, please check your email and complete this survey as soon as possible," Steinmetz said. "The information is helpful given we don't know how many employees may have been vaccinated outside of one of the opportunities offered through the university."

The information will be used to calculate the remaining vaccine need in our community and guide future vaccination opportunities provided by the university.

So far, the university knows that more than 3,500 U of A employees have now received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. And more than 1,500 employees have already received both doses of the vaccine through opportunities offered by the university. But the university doesn't know how many employees have received vaccinations away from campus.

If you have questions or need further information regarding the vaccination process, please contact hrassist@uark.edu.

Vaccination information for the U of A community and an overview of the university's COVID-19 Response is available online.
