This week’s injury report is a shorter one, but there are still some important situations to be aware of heading into Sunday’s games. Let’s take a look.
Both Daniel Jones and Matthew Stafford are expected to play, despite their questionable designation this week. Jones was a full go at practice on Friday, though he’s probably not worth a spot in your fantasy lineups.
Josh Jacobs is listed as questionable for the Raiders game against the Colts. He’s trending toward playing, but this is rough matchup. If Jacobs can’t play, the Raiders will once again turn to Devontae Booker, who wasn’t great in relief of Jacobs last week. Ezekiel Elliott has said that he’s playing through his injury this week against the Bengals. And Christian McCaffrey was downgraded to doubtful during the week, which never bodes well. Kenyan Drake and D’Andre Swift are both expected to play too.
The Jets are hurting for receivers this week. Jamison Crowder suffered an injury in practice late this week, putting his status in doubt. If he can’t go, Braxton Berrios makes an intriguing fantasy play taking over in the slot. Brandin Cook and Keke Coutee are likely to play, despite the questionable tag. Ditto DeAndre Hopkins.
The most notable situation among the tight ends is the likely absence of Kyle Rudolph for the Vikings. That makes Irv Smith a good option this week.
