CHICAGO (CBS)– Signs are still posted, the lakefront is still closed. However, crowds still gathered over the weekend.
There were a lot of people and a lot of confusion, including dozens who were turned away by sparse Chicago Park District security guards.
COVID-19 concerns have closed everything between Lake Shore Drive and Lake Michigan.
This includes beaches, playground, bathrooms and trails.
