The 73rd annual Emmy Awards honored the best of pandemic-era television Sunday night.
Host Cedric the Entertainer from CBS’ “The Neighborhood” kicked off the ceremony at 8 p.m Sunday night. It was bursting with glitz and glam and hundreds of celebrities in attendance — a smaller number than years past. Strict COVID-19 protocols are in place.
Streaming services dominated the list of winners this year with “The Crown” and “Ted Lasso” in the lead. The technical categories were awarded last week at the Creative Arts Emmys.
