Seeking a specialist’s help may prove to be the best choice when it comes to prevention.
“A genetics counselor can really help identify what is the risk for other family members. And who should be tested and who shouldn’t be tested,” said Dr. Kurt Oettelm, the Director of the Cancer Center at Gundersen Health System.
